No, we don't mean hair. Dr Fred Kogen has helped soothe the nerves of hundreds of parents, both Jews and non-Jews, who opt for a circumcision at home. He is the only mohel in town to be named Cosmopolitan's Bachelor of the Month, and his mix of traditional techniques, age-old ceremony, modern anesthetics and pleasant bedside manner has made him a natural choice for such discriminating parents as Michelle Pfeiffer and Jason Alexander.
