Dear Dr. Kogen:
Mona and I want to thank you again for the wonderful bris
ceremony and circumcision you performed on our sons, Samuel
Jacob and Michael Alan. We want to express our sincere
gratitude for the amazing way you performed in front of
family and friends. You brought a profound sensitivity to
this special ceremony. It was evident to us that your
attention to detail assured that everything would go
flawlessly.
You elegantly explained the importance of ritual
circumcision and its religious significance in a baby boy's
Jewish life. We felt that your suggestions to place pictures
of our loved ones on the ceremonial table added a special
touch. You beautifully captured the spiritual aspects of the
bris, while showing concern and compassion for our sons'
welfare. While you joked about not guaranteeing identical
circumcisions for our twin sons, your surgical procedures
were perfect and left Samuel and Michael in little
discomfort, (and, as near as we can tell, they are still
identical).
We received many compliments on the wonderful way you
performed the bris for both our sons. We heard comments that
it was the best bris ever attended. Many in attendance were
so moved by the beauty and sincerity of the service that it
brought tears to their eyes.
Your follow up phone calls over the next few weeks
displayed your empathic manner and sincere concern about our
sons' well being, as well as your ability to connect with
your clients. We felt so at ease regarding the after care
because of your kind heart and profound sensitivity. Your
warmth and compassion reflect your dedication to your
profession.
We convey our deep appreciation and thanks for making our
sons' bris ceremony a very special and wonderful experience.
We will remember and cherish the memory for the rest of our
lives. We will certainly highly recommend you to anyone we
know desiring a bris for their son.
Most Sincerely,
Steve and Mona Ross
