Dear Dr. Kogen,

We just wanted to thank you again for everything, especially the extra help in tracking down a nanny to help us with Alex. And, congratulations on being one of the big movers and shakers by Los Angeles Magazine. We had no idea we were sharing our "special moment" with such a celebrity! :)
